Monticello Garden Pavilion Ornament. The Garden Pavilion was designed and built by Thomas Jefferson near the end of his second presidential term or during his early retirement years. The Pavilion stands near the vegetable and became a "favourite" place for Jefferson to sit and read. Burgundy and green fabric is richly detailed with light-catching metallic cording.
