Maldita La Hora 2018 Sparkling Riesling Brut Nature. This dazzling Brut Nature is 100% Riesling ( 20% reserve wine used) from the El Habrés (Castillo Pedroso) vineyard. The soils here are very shallow loamy clays of limestone and shallow soil richin organic matter. Manual selection of bunches in the vineyard is done and then transferred to the winery in boxes of 15 kg. Pre-cold maceration and pressing of the cluster without destemming in pneumatic press at low pressure is followed by static freezing for 36 hours.
